Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship anywhere within the United States and internationally.
How long will my order take?
Personalized products will ship within 3-5 days. Each product is made to order and we work very hard to ensure each item meets our high quality standards!
All of our standard products will ship within 1-3 business days.
Please note: once the item(s) leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or USPS. At that point, we no longer have control over the item. Please be aware of country-wide shipping delays and plan accordingly!
How much does shipping cost?
For orders $74.99 and under, shipping is $9.99. For orders $75 and above, shipping is free.
We will need a physical delivery address (not a P.O Box) as we ship most of our orders via UPS.
I am buying this item as a gift. Can I ship it to a different address than mine?
Yes, we can ship to a different address. Please make sure you fill all the address information correctly to avoid potential delays or returns.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are allowed on all products except for personalized products. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return label at your cost. Exchanges should be shipped to:

Once you have shipped the package, please send us an email at email@example.com with your tracking information. Once we have received your item, we will process your exchange within 2-3 business days. If you are exchanging for a new product, our normal production time will apply. We will cover shipping costs to ship the new product to you.
Can I return my item?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product you receive! We accept returns on all products except personalized items, unless otherwise noted. If you would like to make a return, we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label at your cost. The cost of the shipping label will simply be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that items should be in their original packaging and should be unused to receive a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2-5 days.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
It is our desire that you end up with a product you love and are 100% satisfied with! If you receive a damaged item, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to quickly resolve the situation and make sure you end up with a quality, undamaged product.
My item has been lost or stolen. What can I do?
Faircraft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility lies with our shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). Please watch the tracking info in your shipment email for updates on the location of your order.
The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
How soon will my order ship?
We try to get your order out as soon as we can. If you place an order for a personalized item, we will need 1-3 days to complete your request. Your order should ship within 3-5 days from the time you place it. For non-personalized items, we ship them within 1-3 days from the time you place your order. When we can we use UPS services for timely delivery.
Will I see a mockup for personalization?
Please know most of our orders are personalized and getting them out on time is very important to us and to you. We usually do not provide mockups unless earlier requested. Please make sure all of your spelling is correct. If there are any questions regarding your request, we will surely reach out to you.
